Rainbow Pasta Salad II Recipe
This is a really quick and easy pasta salad. Great for picnics and BBQ's.
There is far more than just spaghetti in this spicy veggie salad. There 's broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, lots of black olives, and two different dressings.
Don 't tell anyone what 's in this, because they just won 't believe you. Pudding! That 's right, but it goes with the other sweet offerings in this unusual pasta dish - maraschino cherries, fruit cocktail, crushed pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
Cucumbers and olives are tossed with cubes of Monterey Jack cheese and salad seasoning to make the base for this easy pasta salad. Add cooked pasta and toss with Italian dressing. Chill before serving to let the flavors meld.
