Updated Shepherds Pie - Review by kushie
This was my first attempt at Shepherds Pie and I will definitely be making it again. The only thing I added was salt and pepper. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. It was very good.
This is a Lithuanian potato and bacon dish that my family makes mainly during the holiday season. It goes great with ham or turkey. This recipe is time consuming but well worth the work put into it!

Dis iz a terrific gumbo recipe, if'n you close your eyes, you'll swear Mama is makin'it fer ya. Feel free to substitute crawdads fer de shrimp. File is optional and is always added off of the heat. Add rice to the center of a large soup bowl, add gumbo. Deeelicious!!!
